Miller Street Consulting is led by Luke Musgrave, former ​Executive Director with the Greater Cities Commission. In this ​role, Luke led strategic planning for the six cities of Greater ​Newcastle, Central Coast, Eastern Harbour, Central River, ​Western Parkland, and Illawarra Shoalhaven.

Luke has experience in state and local government as well as ​roles in the banking and finance sector. He spent 15 years ​working in the NSW public service where he led the ​development and implementation of strategic land use plans, ​infrastructure programs and smart city initiatives.

He also led the $45 million Smart Places Acceleration Program ​and is a former board member of the Australian Smart ​Communities Association.
